Membership of Cara is one way you can show your support. Currently, Cara members include clients, parents, family members, staff, friends, health professionals, business people and many other supporters. One thing they have in common is a desire to make a difference in the lives of children and adults with severe and multiple disabilities.

Any person over the age of 18 years can apply to become a member of Cara. A membership fee applies.

By becoming a member, you are actively supporting the mission, values and purpose of the organisation. Membership provides you:

• The opportunity to vote on matters that determine the governance of the organisation
• Regular copies of Inside Cara that keeps you up-to-date with the latest news
• An invite to any General Meetings of the organisation
• An invite to a range of events that support the work of the organisation.
