Camps for Kids

Camps for Kids provides up to 175 children with an opportunity to participate in recreational activities, socialise with their peers and challenge their abilities in a fun, safe and supportive camp environment.

The program is the only one of its kind for children with severe and multiple disabilities in South Australia with 14 camps held a year at various locations across the State.

The camps which are run during school holidays and annual public holiday weekends also provide families and carers with a well earned break from the everyday responsibilities that are part of caring for a child with a disability.

To learn more about the Camps for Kids program or to support one of the camps, download a fact sheet or contact the Camps for Kids Coordinator, Jessie Flavel on 8347 4588.
