Cara has many quality mechanisms in place including annual service planning with clients and families; regular satisfaction surveys, a yearly review at each service with people with disabilities, families and staff; an incident reporting and complaints system, and the development of a culture of continuous improvement.

Cara is certified under ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system accreditation. Cara maintains its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system accreditation on a three yearly basis, to enhance and develop our management activities. 

 Cara is committed to continuous improvement in the delivery of its services and has an established complaints system. We also ensure all clients are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
